Cicero (Fabio Mugnaini)- A sixteen year old rap artist born in Chicago Illinois, currently resides in the Washington DC area. Cicero has been into music all his life, but really only got into rapping one day as he freestyled with his friends, A Beginning this current spring break, Cicero has been recording as much as he can and has about 25 tracks out, most of which will be featured on his upcoming mixtape “Serial Flow” coming out late August.
